Short description

The Anime EDM Session 06 is one more mix designated as Anime EDM style. The set starts with Mat Zos & Porter Robinson’s track “Easy”. As you can see on the link to the Music Videos of this track, the central theme is the Anime environment. It came to my mind that an invisible connection between Anime culture and this sound is something that was noticed only by me. More and more, I was revelling the sounds that are similar to these songs. Using YouTube to explore some of this sound, I figure out I am not the only one that is connecting this sound with Anime culture. There is a connection. For me, it started with the Interstellar 5555 cartoon associated with Daft Punks album Discovery.

I hope I won’t be lonely in noticing this invisible connection between these tracks and the Anime cartoon. Feel free to share a comment if you have anything to add. I will be glad to hear your opinions, even those short ones like “Dude, you are crazy, there is no connection”. Thanks.
