The Drum And Bass Session 06
Short description

The Drum And Bass Session 06 was recorded somewhere around 2013. D&B had a lot of modifications throughout its evolution. In the end, D&B never developed into anything more than a rebellious music style. Mostly because, instead of more warm sounds, producers were developing a hard and heavy style closer to Schranz’s style than anything else civilised. Until the Drum & Bass stage was taken by producers like Sigma and Rudimental, you could hear this style only in underground clubs. What bothers me is that D&B could become so much more. For me, it was a lost opportunity for an exciting electronic sound.

From this mix, I suggest a particular focus on tracks like:

  • Atlantic Connection – Remember Tulum
